You have to bend this mind of yours to go beyond the mind. You bring your focus of attention to this "motion of seeing" that is flowing through your eyes now.
Mindful Knowledge Is Not Wisdom Of The Heart
It is only when you begin to see that all of your "knowings" have not delivered you of anything but the idea that you think that you now "know" something that you did not "know" prior to the "knowing," that wisdom begins to shine its light. At this point you might be ready to accept something "real" instead of more knowledge.
Motion Of Life
Even desiring a state of "freedom from desire" will not set you free. Nothing can set you free, because you are already free. Who you are is freedom itself.

You cannot see your self - you can only see what you are not. What you are is the very 'thing' that gives birth to all life, sustains that very life and then destroys that very life. You are that which constitutes the energy that is forever arising.
Your Natural State
The realization of who you are is a momentary thing until such time that who you think you are completely dies to this one that you are whereby you are immersed so fully, never to "not know" who you are ever again.
You Are The Love You Are Looking For
It - you - is not the body. You are not the mind either. You are that in which all things arise and it - you - is flowing through your eyes right now.
Letting Go Of Who You Are Not
You live in fear of your self, your heart, when you are not being who you are already. Who you are is sheer freedom. Freedom from who you are not - who you think you are.
Aligning Your Conscious Attention To Who You Are
You have to surrender all ideas of who you think you are to be who you are. You cannot come to rest as this "motion of aliveness" that is flowing through your eyes while you are listening to the thinking that is rolling through your mind, as if that were who you are.
