Cell Phones for an Aging Population: The Problem
As cell phone technology has advanced, cell phones have become more complex and miniaturized. Due to these changes, cell phones are nearly inaccessible to a large number of older citizens who have declining motor, visual, and auditory skills. This article discusses the need for tech developers to target the older population in some of their design changes to allow a broad audience to make use of these devices.
