NCLEX- Pass The First Time- Instructions On Passing

Plan for your NCLEX test the moment you decide to take classes in nursing. Plan your schedule, buy the books and review the reading materials and reading materials to the NCLEX Test prep audios.
1). Study! If possible, bring a digital recorder to class. Immediately following class review the recorded seminar. study class notes you have recorded.. Read the assigned text. Do the homework.Prepare for your first exam. This must be done on a regular basis.
2). Prepare! Prepare for the NCLEX tests ahead of time so you will have time to identify and address areas of concern. Don't try to cram all the information in the night prior to the exam. There is a significant amount of content on the exam and it is not likely that you can learn it all at one time.
3). Make a guide! Make your own study guide. Write the themes, questions, answers, information and formulas in a binder or on the computer. This will be your study book for frequent and quick review. It will make it easier efficient to retain this information and recall the study material when it comes time to take the exam.
4). Manage your time! If you listen to the NCLEX prep audios , you will be able to comprehend the information faster when you are reading, as the you will recognize the content. This will and save you time while you are studying. It will also leave you more time to focus on the areas that need attention.
5). Attend! Go to every seminar, especially when there is an exam review. Several instructors are intimately familiar with the test. They will teach you what to anticipate. Professors will often tell you the content and the format of the test, maybe even some particular questions which you may (Will!) see on the test. Teachers often teach to the exam.
6). Ask! Request that the teacher to specify content that will be emphasized on the test.
7). Review! Read over any material from practice exams, homework, sample questions, study material, the book, notes and of course your audio study materials.
8). Sleep! Get plenty of sleep the night prior to the exam. Statistics show that students that get enough sleep get better grades than those that cram.
9). Eat! consume a good breakfast. Don't make it too heavy or you are likely to feel sleepy Pack a snack for the break. The exam is six hours long for NCLEX RN and five hours for NCLEX PN.
10). Arrive Early! Show up early for the test. It is interesting how many professors will provide students with last minute tips. It is also an opportunity to get a question answered by another student. Of course this may not happen for the NCLEX exam itself, but for tests leading up to it.
11).Go to the bathroom! Go to the restroom prior to starting the exam. This may appear obvious, but numerous students don't consider this. You don't want to be distracted.
12). Where a watch! There is plenty of time to take the NCLEX Exam Very few students run out of time. Wear a watch and don't rush yourself.
13).Be positive! Keep a positive attitude. You have prepared well for the exam. Now it is time to go in there with confidence and relax. You know the information now you are going to prove it.
14). Mark the questions you are unsure of! If you are not sure of a response, mark it for review and then come back to it. There are often other problems that remind you of previously asked questions.
You just passed the NCLEX exam!
