Traditional Asian massage encompasses a variety of techniques such as stretching, acupuncture, rocking, and reflexology. The body is stretched, compressed, pulled in such a way so that the energy of the body is evenly distributed. By energizing the thousands of energy points believed to be in the human body the nervous system will be stimulated ultimately providing relief from physical stress.

Traditional Asian massage also provides relief to individuals experiencing mental stress, as well as those undergoing physical ailments. In order to keep your psyche on track, you need to cultivate your physical well-being as well. So, these are some of the benefits of Asian massage, which were covered briefly above.
